[UMN_MAPSERVER-USERS] Partly solved Labels Problem

Hi list!

I finally partly solved my label problem. Actually, I bypassed it by using
POSITION UR instead of UC. The upper center position seems to cause a
problem with a postgis line layer. The workaround is to use another
position like upper right which gives me satisfactory results.

Have a nice day!

Try removing the "POSITION UC"
