Hi.
In the jBox.java file there is a note: "October 2003: added drag
functionality for panning", but the documentation at
http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/doc40/jbox-howto.html
<http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/doc40/jbox-howto.html> doesn't discuss image
panning. Can anyone demonstrate how this is done?
Can the applet parameters be manipulated on-the-fly? For example, if a pan
tool were selected, I would call document.jBox.lineon() to return the line
coordinates, but I don't want the line visible so I'd want the width=0 or
the color=transparent.
Alternatively, if box and line drawing were off, is there a way to capture
the initial mousedown location which could be compared to the current
location before the setbox_handler function was called.
