Perl Mapscript 4.4 Issues

Oops, My bad!

The machine I was working on needs to be upgraded. It had an old version
loaded:
MapServer version 4.0 OUTPUT=PNG OUTPUT=WBMP SUPPORTS=PROJ
SUPPORTS=FREETYPE SUPPORTS=WMS_SERVER SUPPORTS=WMS_CLIENT INPUT=EPPL7
INPUT=OGR INPUT=GDAL INPUT=SHAPEFILE
