Premature end of script headers...

Hello Jeff,

My experience untill now is that you have to copy all dll's into the
directory WINDOWS\SYSTEM32.
I think that the webserver user (apache?) has no rights to load the dll's
from your mapserver directory.
How did you install mapserver on linux, did you get compile errors of some
kind?
