Mapscript Windows binaries for PHP5

Hello,

Since I got no reply to the first Email, I'll try again.
I am looking for a binary distribution of PHP Mapscript 4.6 for Windows 
compiled against PHP 5. Since maptools.org only has distributions for 
PHP 4, I would like to know, if there will be one for PHP 5 in the near 
future or if there is another source, where I can get one.
