Tom,

Usually, such OWSRequest errors are due to MapServer not configured 
with WMS client/server support, but it seems that you are configuring 
it properly. The final two test failures are due to bugs in the test 
suite. I think you are probably good to go, it's unlikely that you will 
be using the OWSRequest class.

What's your interest in the Python mapscript? You really ought to 
upgrade to SWIG 1.3.21+ if you are going to try to use it with Python 
versions 2.2 or higher. The -modern option results in a higher 
performance module.
