Tiger Shapefile tiling problem

Ok ignore that problem, I realized what the issue was.
The shapefiles I downloaded included both line and 'poly' shapefiles, and
the two types of course had different fields in their cooresponding dbf
files.   I moved out all of the poly shapefiles, since i'm only interested
in the road line data at this time and re-ran the utility and it gave me
what I needed.    Sorry for the extra traffic on the site, and thanks again
for the assistance.
