mapscript installation on debian

Hello,
I've got debian and I have tried to install mapscript from debian packages.

When I test mapscript with:
<?php
dl("php_mapscript.so");
phpinfo();
?>

I obtain this:
Warning: dl(): MapScript: Unable to initialize module Module compiled with
module API=20020429, debug=0, thread-safety=0 PHP compiled with module
API=20020429, debug=0, thread-safety=1 These options need to match in
/var/www/test.php on line 2

What does it mean, pease?
