IMGXY in html template

Hi all,

I have been progressing through the mapserver tutorial...upto section 2 and 
have tried adding support for Pan and Zoom functionality.

Currently, whenever the map is refreshed i only see a blank screen! I think 
that this is because i am missing IMGXY variables.

I am using a combination of .shp and .tiff data so how do i calculate the 
IMGXY ?

Note: this is set in my html template.
