msQueryByRect()

Hello!

Ihave problem with msQueryByRect(). In the same are using 
msQueryByPoint() i have result but with msQueryByRect() result is 
msQueryByRect(): No matching record(s) found.
Strangest is that with mapfaile that is using dgn files msQueryByRect() 
works just like msQueryByPoint(). But with shp files msQueryByRect() is 
not working.

system:
win XP
php mapscript 4.9
and
php mapscript 4.6.x on linux
