Install on Suse 10.1

Hi,
your value for both --with-ogr an --with-gdal have to link to the same 
command :
--with-ogr=/usr/local/gdal-1.3.2/bin/gdal-config
 --with-gdal=/usr/local/gdal-1.3.2/bin/gdal-config
