SVG not being created in Mapserver

Hi all,

On a similar vein, I have tried to set up a map file
to convert shapefiles to svg. It appears to work and
creates a SVG file under the temp folder, but the SVG
file contains no information other than the standard
header. 

My mime.types in apache/conf has svg-xml set; the
shapefile isn't corrupted at all. The map file appears
to be in order. It doesn't create any errors when
mapserver tries to render it, it just creates a blank
SVG canvas. I have double-checked that the path of the
shapefile is correct in the map file...

Any ideas? Unfortunately I do not have the map file
with me to post.
