asp.net2 and mapserv cgi

Processor is AMD 64bit (SO 32 bit). Could be this an issue ?

things in SO, because I don't have any more same windows to configure

Do you really think if it is an ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> issue?

Can you run „mapserv –v" within the cgi directory.
