no output for web template with 4.10 cgi

Hi Piero

Sorry, I misunderstood your first mail. At first glance I do not see
anything strange. You can try to isolate the problem by using
different modes (map, legend, scalebar, ...) and simplifying the layer
defintion. Sorry I can not help much.
