setupmapserver for own project

Dear list members

 

I have finished installing MS4W as well as PHP and Apache. It works fine,
but now I want to use an html initialization file to display my own map
file.

 

My data and *.map file as well as the initialization file is in
/ms4w/apps/mydata/

 

I have used the same files as indicated in the book "Mapserver - Open source
GIS development".

My data is not displayed andI also get no errors on the screen

 

Help would be appreciated!!!
