wms layer problem

          I change the projection, the image can't be displayed in the web, I can display the map.

try to change the epsg code of map in 4326 (lat/lon)
because 2136 is a meters system not in degree

so in this manner for my run your map file!

If it's run now please post it in mapserver users list
because I 've problem with my email and mapserver list
