Mapfile classes

Hi all,

In a mapfile, using classes, is there any way to ensure that the correct
polygons are displayed last (ie: on top). I assumed that the last CLASS
listed would always display on top but I've found that is not
necessarily the case.
I have multiple classes that have overlapping polygons required to be
filled and displayed in the correct order.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Regards
