Problem with loading Demo Data

we're not talking about /tmp here but /home/yancho/public_html/tmp
type these commands, just to make sure:

sudo chmod 755 /home/yancho
chmod 755 /home/yancho/public_html
chmod 777 /home/yancho/public_html/tmp
