Problem with loading Demo Data

Hi,

I deleted (rm) the folder tmp and recreated it (mkdir).

I copied all of the commands that you gave me but still this error : 
msSaveImageGD(): Unable to access file. Unable to open file /home/yancho/
pulic_html/tmp/ITASCA11949461793929.png for writing
