problems with nquerymap

Hi list,

I have a probably simple problem. I am generating a
very simple map of Californian with counties from a
mapfile using php mapscript.  I want to be able to
click on a county and open a new web page.  The
problem I am having is that where I click on the map
and where Mapserver thinks I click is very different.
