[mapserver-users] MapServer graphics sandbox windows binary packages available

Thank you Tamas for preparing this.

It should be noted that while the opengl code compiles, it is not
ready for testing yet.

the cairo code should be at least able to produce png, pdf and svg
output, although not everything is implemented yet.
