Steve, 

Regarding the MIMETYPE directive of OUTPUTFORMAT, I was just reading
RFC-4329 that was marking
the mimetype 'text/javascript' as obsolete, preferring mimetype
'application/javascript'.  Is use of both
mimetypes interchangeable for MapServer?
