Thanks fo the hint. 
Unfortunately it has noc effect. Whatever i put in the Template file, e. g.
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html;
charset=iso-8859-1"></meta> , mozzilla tells me it uses utf-8 (right-click
on the displayed html-page).

I have no clue.
