Hello,
sorry - I was absent for a while.
I would do both or all three suggestions:
1. bulk supplies available at FOSS4G (we did this in Bonn at FOSS4G2016
and always do it at FOSSGIS and other conferences. Hopefully like this
material was spread over the world. It is cheaper to order x*1000 of
stickers than only 100)
2. send material to local chapters or local conference committees
It is a nice personal gesture to get a parcel from OSGeo.
3. let people print their own matterial
provide the link to an external company in then wiki so people can order
their own material.
There was a mail about this topic from me in September
https://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/marketing/2016-September/003164.html
For 1. and 2.:
I could do the shipping of parcels in the next time and we can have a
look how much parcels are requested. If it is getting too much, we could
give it to an external company.
