[Marketing] Input required OSGeo Marketing supplies

Hi Alex,

I agree - stickers are more usefull than postcards. And they are not so 
heavy.

We spend about 200-300 Euro for sending the material. But I must submit 
that in most of the cases I made big parcels and maybe a smaller parcel 
would have been enough and cheaper.

With a focus on spreading the material on our FOSS4Gs, the number of 
parcels we send to people will decline.
