[Marketing] Draft EOI for Branding and Website Project

Did you want to call a marketing meeting Jeff? I understand the call for
EOI should go out shortly (tomorrow?).

My availability is limited this week, and am happy to vote via email if I
cannot make a meeting this week. Or you can just proceed with an email
motion.

It is also worth reviewing the fundraising target/story perhaps we can
offer the injustice sponsors publicity of some form over the course of the
project.
