[Marketing] github osgeo/osgeo repo proposed

A couple weeks ago I got permission from SAC to set up a new github
repository (proposing use of https://github.com/osgeo/osgeo ).

We also have a short term need to share new branding assets (logos and
presentation templates). It feels awkward to be sharing google drive links
give our open source culture.

Any feedback before we proceed?
