[Marketing] review: component 1 branding and online style guide

The next component that is ready for review is Component 1 - branding and
online style guide.

The expected deliverables here are:

• Vector material (svg, ink, eps...) and images
• 5 logo options with feedback from OSGeo stakeholders (see below);
• Online Style Guide (PDF version may also be considered)

The first two deliverables have already been accepted by us, and have been
used to drive component 1 and component 3 activities.

There is one open issue raised:

   missing" for cartography example
