[Marketing] OSGeo project flyer in svg format

I think git interactive is basically done this stuff Astrid, you are
welcome to attend tomorrows meeting and check.

The letter versions as printed are in google drive, I have hesitated to
commit into github due to size. But I guess now that they are finalized we
can do so.
