thanks a bunch for setting up OSGeo/MOSS repo so quickly !

Can you please ensure that repo is set to be public and third party access being enabled ?

This is necessary for the integration with the Zenodo open access repository to receive a digital object identifiert (DOI) for state-of-the-art scientific citation.
