[MOSS-archives] OSGeo MOSS repo: Open access software publication !

Dear all,

very good news:

The latest maintenance release (thank you, Jeff!) was picked up by the Zenodo open access repository, as intended:

So from now on all due credit will be given automitcally (-> DOI) to the developers (and the current project team).
