Ich weiß nicht sehen keine Unterstützung für die gml: Circle Element in der 
aktuellen GDAL Quellcode. Wenn es zugegeben es müsste sich der Kreis zu einer 
Linienfolge konvertieren durch Probenahmen entlang der Kurve.

Wenn Sie Datei ein Ticket in der GDAL trac mit einem Verweis auf ein gültiges 
GML / NAS-Datei mit einer solchen Geometrie ich versuchen, Unterstützung in 
GDAL / OGR übernehmen wird.

Bitte vergib mir meine "google produziert" Deutsch.

I do no see any support for the gml:Circle element in the current GDAL
source code.  If it were added it would need to convert the circle to a
linestring by sampling along the curve.

If you file a ticket in the GDAL trac with a reference to a valid GML/NAS
file containing such a geometry I will attempt to incorporate support into
GDAL/OGR.
