[Journal] Wrapping Up Volume 12 and Starting on 2014 Annual Report

Hi,

I offered my help on the ticket: http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/ticket/1326

Meanwhile I had a look at OJS in a local installation. And now I have
some questions, which I do not want to ask in the ticket to avoid confusion.

Do we "just" need editing access for some users in the existing OJS
instance, or do we need to connect OJS with the OSGeo LDAP? I think the
latter might be overhead for maybe 3-5 users having editing access in
the end.

The editing access can be granted by the administrative account of the
OJS instance btw. the Journal Editor.

For registering a user, go here:
http://journal.osgeo.org/index.php/journal/user/register

If Landon (Editor in Chief as stated on the about page) has the right
(?) to give the registered user (under Home > User > Journal Management
> Enrollment) the role "Journal Manager", the user will then have
editing access for the journal (as far as I can see right now).

Thanks,
Christian
