[Journal] Minor Layout Changes

Hello OSGeo Journal Team,

as discussed here: 
https://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/newsletter/2015-October/001183.html

I did the following layout changes on the journal website: 
https://journal.osgeo.org

* Increased the font size to 22px
* Changed font type to Helvetica/Arial
* Added OSGeo Logo incl. link to main OSGeo website to right navigation bar
* Added Link to main OSGeo Website into the main Navigation bar
* Disabled Thesis Abstracts menu item
