[Oceania-Board] Preparing for our February board meeting

Hi Carrol,

No problem. Please take a look at the meeting minutes when you can.
The main action item relates to the objective setting which I mentioned in
a separate email just now.

We'd love to hear any plans in the works for a Fiji conference hub as well,
but that might be best in a separate call on the 2021 conference.
