[Oceania-Board] Password Manager options

Me again.

I managed to get Bitwarden set up with admin at osgeo-oceania.org. Luckily
John had access. Proves the point that this should come in handy.

you all to our family account as full owners. It would be great if you
could start adding OSGeo Oceania relevant passwords there. We can then
divide them up into vaults if necessary for extra security (IT, comms,
finance, etc). The family account is limited to 6 people, so maybe we can
have one shared login that anyone can access, but this account would
only have access to non-sensitive passwords.

Thoughts?
