[Oceania-Board] Funding request for FOSS4G SotM Oceania 2023 TGP

oh you were adding the totals!
those are the tiers we're thinking:

tier 1: $2,250 NZD per grant
tier 2: $1,200 NZD per grant
tier 3: $250 NZD per grant

Then, as the initial number of grants, we propose to have 3 grants for tier
1, 5 grants for tier 2 and 5 grants for tier 3, for a total of $14,000 NZD.
Does it make sense? Apologies for the confusion!
