[Oceania-Board] OO Hosting for an Open Data Cube Shared Drive

Sounds great to me, good community support initiative, assuming we have
sufficient space and we're not talking about storing data (which could get
huge)?

I think we should probably knock together a short (1 page or less) doc that
says stuff like:

   - appropriate usage - don't use it for illegal stuff, etc
   - subject to available space
   - can't guarantee it will last forever
   - you own your data

What about privacy, would we somehow guarantee privacy or should we say
that we can't? I'd lean towards the latter.

If we do it we could potentially also offer the same to community groups.
