[OSGeo Oceania] Board Election results

Excited to work with you all!
I agree with your thoughts on gender balance and Pacific Island
representation Greg. Good signs, but plenty more work to do.

Thank you to the directors and community that have taken OSGeo Oceania this
far.
Thank you also to Tim Bowden for coordinating this whole process so
diligently.
