[OSGeo Oceania] Community Consultation: OSGeo Oceania QGIS Special Interest Group

Hi All,

Thanks for the feedback on the QGIS SIG charter.

The period for community consultation has now closed, and I  have now made
the document "read only".

We will now forward the document to the OSGeo Oceania Board for their
review, and keep you updated with the progress.
