[OpenGeoscience] EGU 2017: Townhall preparation: Status report / Input for Poster

Dear all,

we need to carry on with the Townhall preparations.

Content is expected to grow quickly once we get closer to the event (see https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/EGU_Townhall_2016)

Right now there are two tasks at hand:
- EGU reception before the Townhall 
- Poster (to announce the event all over EGU): The converence organizers have requested a PDF poster (size: A3, portrait) describing the Townhall by 28 February.

Regarding the reception, I will contact the organizers again.

Question: What would be a good way to compose the poster collaboratively ? GoogleDocs ?
