[OpenGeoscience] EGU 2017: Townhall preparation: Status report / Input for Poster

I'm not really a fan of GoogleDocs.  Maybe we can use this mailing list 
by sending a link to the poster drafts and providing feedback here?

(but you could force me to use GoogleDocs if there is no other way, ha)
