[OpenLayers-Dev] GeoJSON: null geometries

Hi list,

currently OpenLayers does not parse a GeoJSON featurecollection which has
null geometries. Geoserver outputs "geometry": null when there is no
geometry. The fix could be simple, but there may be more code dependent on
the existence of a geometry (like the bounds calculation code).
