[OpenLayers-Dev] reminder: vote on OL SoC proposals

For those of you who are interested in the google summer of code
projects related to OpenLayers,
this is a reminder to vote for the applications that you like best.

Chris Schmidt has volunteered to be the OL representative to OSGEO,
who will be holding a
meeting tomorrow (tuesday) to vote on which projects to take on.
