[OpenLayers-Dev] IE memory leak detector

Firefox doesn't tend to have as many problems as it's garbage collector is much better.

Oddly enough, I've found the IE leak detectors to be very very useful.  Drip (which I believe is entirely unmaintained) has always been a favorite IE side-kick of mine.
