[OpenLayers-Dev] how add GPS-Data to own pictures?

hello

i need to bind GPS-coordinates to the jpg-file (i.e. my own pic of my city)
i loaded as a wms-layer.
i try to get a latlon-object with the correct coordinates out of my layer,
so i need some way to translate the pixel-coordinates in the correct
latlon-digits for everey spezific picture.

i hope somebody could help me with this.
