[OpenLayers-Dev] new mapfish server code

Hi Sanjiv

I just created a ticket with a patch which, among other things, reduce
the size of the template code.

Would you mind giving this code a spin and check if that works for
you? Look at python/mapfish/templates/model.py_tmpl and
python/mapfish/templates/controller.py_tmpl after you have the patch
applied to understand how to use the new code.
