[OpenLayers-Dev] ActionScript3 port of openlayers

AsOpenLayers contributors proposed to change the name of the project, mainly
because technically we won't stay very close of OpenLayers in terms of API,
even if we want to port some OpenLayers functionalities. Our ActionScript
3.0 map client project name is OpenScales. Our homepage is
