[OpenLayers-Dev] OpenLayers 2.10 versus 3.0

Hi Chris,

your role is not to be underestimated, and personally I think we need to
have everyone on board in order to create OpenLayers 3.0.

If it won't happen in Barcelona, I don't think 3.0 will ever happen.

Wrt your options below, I am in favour of option 1.
