[OpenLayers-Dev] Make the appearances of the control and the icon that represents it in a panel independent.

Hi,

Now the controls and icons share the properties "title" and "displayClass".

Patch http://trac.osgeo.org/openlayers/ticket/2862 seeks to facilitate icons
usage on Panel, and support other developments that require properties
associated with a icon in a Panel (based on this patch I've written code to
handle icons with adaptive width and using text or background images)

The patch includes changes on example "panel.html" to adapted to new:
wiki/CodingStandards#WritingExamples

Seems correct this patch?
